Skene Launches Skene Community, a Global WhatsApp Space for Artists, Creators, and Collaborators

Austin TX — December, 5 — Skene is proud to announce the launch of Skene Community, a new WhatsApp-based global forum designed to bring artists together across disciplines, countries, and creative practices. The community offers a space to exchange resources, connect with collaborators, share opportunities, and engage in meaningful conversations about theatre, performance, design, and the creative process.

Alongside the community forum, Skene also introduces the Skene Help Desk, a dedicated WhatsApp channel where users can ask questions, request guidance, and receive direct support related to Skene features, participation, nominations, or platform navigation.

Skene Community

A global space for artists, creators, and collaborators—sharing opportunities, inspiration, and support across stages and borders. Join the community here.

Skene Help Desk

A dedicated space where you can ask questions, receive support, or get guidance on anything related to Skene. Whether navigating features, understanding participation pathways, or offering feedback, the Skene team and community members are ready to assist. Contact the Skene HelpDesk here.

“With Skene Community, we’re creating an open, accessible network where artists can find one another across borders and share the insights that sustain creative practice,” said Josafath Reynoso, Founder and Chief Editor. “This initiative strengthens our mission of building global connections both on and off stage.”

These WhatsApp spaces expand Skene’s commitment to equity, access, and community-building by offering artists a direct, conversational, and collaborative environment beyond the publication itself.
